Grilled Romaine Hearts

Ingredients

2 heads of Ocean Mist Romaine Hearts
olive oil flavored cooking spray
2 vine ripened Tomatoes (halved)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
salt & pepper to taste

Preheat outdoor or indoor grill until hot.

Spray cooking spray on Romaine Hearts and Tomato halves. Place vegetables on hot grill. Season Romaine Hearts and Tomatoes with salt and pepper to taste. Turn Hearts and Tomatoes on grill to evenly char, will take about 5 to 7 minutes.

Remove charred Hearts and chop with sharp knife.

On large platter serve chopped Romaine with grilled Tomatoes and drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil and red wine vinegar. Serve.
